Caroline is owner of the critically acclaimed London-based restaurant, Moshi Moshi. She is also a recipient of the Green Apple Award for her work in sourcing sustainable products. Caroline works to foster direct relationships with independent fishing families, securing their livelihood while at the same time being able to guarantee a strict environmental policy and top quality seafood for the restaurant.
